Intended Use This Ultra-Tow Trailer Winch with Universal A-Frame Mount is used to mount most standard winches on A-frame trailers. ⚠WARNING PERSONAL SAFETY Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating the winch. Do not use the tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating the winch may result in serious personal injury. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing, dangling objects, or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
Always maintain a minimum of four (4) full turns of cable or strap around the drum of the winch. Never apply load to winch fully extended. Operate winch manually only. After moving the item, be sure to secure it. The winch is intended for short term use only. Do not use to transport people of animals. Not for use by or around children. Assembly Instructions Refer to the Assembly Diagram at end of this manual. Plan the proper location of the winch mount.
4. Attach one end of each of the #6 Plate to the #3 Stand using the #13 Hex Bolt M10x65 and the #10 Lock Nut M10. 5. Attach another end of each #6 Plate to the #5 Front Mounting Base using the #14 Hex Bolt M10x60 and the #10 Lock Nut M10.
6. Attach the #4 Back Mounting Base to the Mounting Frame using the #8 Support Boards, the #10 Lock Nuts M10, and the #9 Hex Bolts M10x190. 7. Attach the #2 Handle to the #1 Hand Winch Assembly using the #11 Lock Nut M12. 8. To install the #1 Hand Winch, put the ratchet switch on the middle position and pull the webbing out until the holes on the bottom of the winch base are visible. Attach the Winch Assembly to the top base of the #3 Stand using (3) the #12 Hex Bolt M10x25 and the #10 Lock Nut M10. 9.
