LIMITED WARRANTY
Bonded Logic, Inc. warrants that all products sold are subject to the following limited warranty.
Bonded Logic, Inc. warrants that for a period of one year from the date of shipment its product
will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Bonded Logic, Inc. also warrants that
such products have been manufactured in all material respects to Bonded Logic Inc.’s design
specifications. Bonded Logic Inc.’s products may vary in details of design and construction
from descriptions in any literature or from any samples or displays reviewed by Purchaser.
Bonded Logic, Inc. disclaims all other warranties of any kind including and without limitation,
the implied warranty or merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular
purpose.
Bonded Logic, Inc. must receive every claim under this limited warranty in writing, within 10
days of delivery if there is visible damage or the product is defective. Otherwise a 30-day period
will be granted for each claim as it is discovered not to exceed a time period of 1 year after
product shipment.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY
The remedy and the limit of Bonded Logic, Inc.’s liability for any breach of the limited warranty
set forth above, whether based on negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability, or any other
theory, shall be at Bonded Logic Inc.’s option regarding repair, replacement with a like quantity
of product, or refund of the purchase price plus reasonable charges incurred for approved returns.
Bonded Logic Inc. reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all claims regarding breach of the
limited warranty set forth above prior to any remedy decision.
Bonded Logic Inc. shall not be liable under this limited warranty for any direct, indirect,
consequential or special damages based on negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability, or any
other theory, for failure to perform its obligations under this agreement.
