Navigaon keys and So keys
The Navigaon key is used to scroll across the screen. The buon at the center of the Navigaon key is used to
Select an item.
The Le So key is used to enter the menu.
The Menu Return/Right So key is used to return to the previous menu. The funcons of the two so keys
depend on the applicaon and the funcons that are being accessed.
The End/On/O key is used to return to the standby screen from anywhere in the menu.
Standby screen
The Standby screen provides user the ability to access 5 common and frequently used icons: Contacts,
Messages, Mulmedia, Calendar and Info Portal. The Navigaon key is used to scroll across the icons and the
Select buon is used to make the selecon.
The Keypad
Keys from 0 to 9, * and # are used for dialing. Inpung password, leers, symbols etc., is accomplished by the
QWERTY keyboard. See the secon on input method for further details.
Backlight
Aer the mobile phone is in standby for a period of me (length of me is set by the user), the phone will turn
o the screen backlight to save power. If the screen backlight goes out, you can press any key on the phone’s
keypad to turn on the backlight again. Backlight o delay me can be changed by the following steps:
