the radio display and use TUNE buttons to scroll to the desired menu option (such as CLOCK or PHONE), then hit the ENTER button to select.
You must make your selection within 5 seconds before the menu screen times out. Please note that menu options shown on the center of the
radio display will not respond by pressing on it. This feature can only be controlled by using the TUNE and ENTER buttons.
Bluetooth Phone Pairing
Unavi system DOES NOT include nor add the Bluetooth feature – it only utilizes the Bluetooth system built into the factory radio (if equipped).
Vehicle must be parked to complete the phone pairing process. Not all mobile phones are compatible with the vehicle manufacturer’s Bluetooth
system. Please visit the vehicle manufacturer’s website for a list of compatible phones tested to work with their Bluetooth system.
1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Push the SETUP key.
3. Use the TUNE button to scroll and highlight “PHONE”, then press ENTER to select.
4. Select “PAIR PHONE” using the TUNE button, then press ENTER.
5. Say the name of your phone when prompted (use any name to uniquely describe your phone).
6. After the Bluetooth system repeats the name you stated, say “Yes” to conrm.
7. The default passkey “0000” will display on the radio screen.
8. Select (‘Name of car’) on the list of available Bluetooth devices detected on your mobile phone, then input the passkey.
9. Continue pairing. After pairing is complete, your phone (depending on the settings) may transfer phonebook to the audio system.
This process may take a few minutes depending on the phone model and number of entries in the contact list.
Each vehicle model may have different pairing procedures. This is an example ONLY.
For detailed information on operating your factory Bluetooth system, please consult the vehicle Owner’s Manual and
make sure your vehicle is equipped with the Bluetooth feature.
