5-2. EXCHANGE & RETURN

Return & Restocking Fees:
- Non-used items within 90 days of original purchase date: Refund except all shipping & handling charges
- Non-used items beyond 90 days and up to 180 days of original purchase date: Refund except all shipping & handling charges,
15% restocking fee
- Used and/or opened items up to 120 days: Refund except all shipping & handling charges, and 20% restocking fee
Promotional Items and Bundles:
As a benet to our customers, UNAVI occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of
items when they are purchased together.
- When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount.
- When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be
applied to the refund.
Coverage of Damage Costs:
If a vehicle must be towed due to a UNAVI product defect, we will cover all towing and/or rental car charges (car must be of similar class to the
your car with receipt) until the exchange occurs. If it is revealed later that your vehicle defect was not due to a defect of our product, you will be
held responsible for claiming all fees.
Returning the Defective Product:
The return must take place within 10 days after you receive the replacement product. You may do this by ground mail, and provide the tracking
number to UNAVI by e-mail or phone. If in any case the return does not occur within these 10 days, you will be charged as having purchased
the replacement product.
Refund Method: Your refund will be in the same form as the original payment from the seller.
Country of Origin:
The item must be exchanged or returned in the country in which it was originally purchased. Using USA or Canada models overseas is at your
own risk and may void your warranty.
To Protect Your Personal Data:
Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless phone data) from any exchanged or returned products. UNAVI USA, INC. is not
responsible for any personal data left on or in an exchanged or returned product.
Discretion: UNAVI USA, INC. reserves the right to deny any return or refund requests.
