2.2 Fittings

HOME-FLEX® ttings are available for ½", ¾", and 1" HOME-FLEX® tubing and allow for easy

connection to gas systems and accessories using standard NPT threads. (See Figure 2.1)

In addition to standard NPT adapter ttings, the following are also available: Tee ttings to

accommodate branch lines in tubing runs, reducer tees to integrate with dierent sized tub-

ing runs, and special termination anges for convenient gas appliance connections.

2.3 Striker Plates

Striker plates are used to protect CSST from puncture hazards when passed through studs,

joists, and other building materials.
