11.4 Changing the Device Name
If several “GX107” devices are operated at the same time, it is recommended to assign a
different name to each device. This makes it possible to assign alarm messages to the correct
device.
To change the name at your “GX107” device, send the following text message command.
SET NAME <new name> #1513
Example: Renaming “GX107” to “NEWNAME”
SET NAME NEWNAME #1513
You will receive the following confirmation text message:
NEWNAME 1.xx

...
...

The device name has a maximum length of 15 characters.
Do not use any spaces.
To reset to factory settings (“GX107”), send the following command:
RESET NAME #1513
11.5 Setting the Language
The “GX107” will answer with an answering or report text message in German to all of your text
message commands. If you with the answers to be sent in English, send the following text
message command to the “GX107”:
SET LANGUAGE EN #1513
If you want to reset to German, send the following text message command:
SET LANGUAGE DE #1513
