Vornado strives to create the best products for you. We have gone to great
lengths to design, engineer and build a product that exceeds your
expectations. If you are not satisfied with any Vornado product upon delivery,
or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us so
that we can make things right. We are committed to keeping you happy.
Unopened items can be returned for any reason. Simply send the items back
to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money. When we
receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full
purchase price of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
