Installation on Space Sheathing
Helpful details on aligning
• Place two nails 2 cm (3/4 in.) from each edge of the shingle and 4 cm (1
1/2 in.) above the exposure.
• To avoid buckling, allow 3 to 6 mm (1/8 to 1/4 in.) space between each
shingle for expansion (depending on degree of humidity).
• Joints must not line up with joints in the two courses below.
• There must be at least 4 cm (1 1/2 in.) space between joints in successive
courses.
• Joints must be placed in alternating rows, at least 4 cm (1 1/2 in.) from the
start of imperfections.
