1 Year Limited Warranty
Thank you for your product purchase from MUkitchen. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods
(hereafter “Products”), and only for physical goods, purchased from MUkitchen and MÜkitchen Authorized
Sellers.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the
Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, MUkitchen will replace, at no charge, Products or
parts of Products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal
use and maintenance.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem with the product caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
cosmetic damage such as snags, pulls, fading or general wear and tear
damage resulting from improper maintenance or use
damage resulting from disasters such as fire or any other unavoidable and beyond reasonable
control
theft or loss of product
What will we do to correct problems?
MUkitchen will send a new product replacement at no charge to the customer. MUkitchen reserves the right
to request that the damaged or defective product be sent back to MUkitchen, at no charge to the customer,
or request a photo of the product for proof of damage or defectiveness before replacing the product.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Products purchased from MUkitchen is one year (365 days) from the date of
purchase. Proof of purchase from MUkitchen or MÜkitchen Authorized Sellers is required. A replacement
product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or 180 days from the date of replacement
or repair, whichever is longer.

your inquiry within 1 business day (Mon-Fri) and determine the most appropriate solution. All refunds and
returns must be handled separately, at the original point of sale i.e. store, catalog or ecommerce website.
How does state law apply?
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental of consequential damages, or allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
