Prior to application ensure your WriteyBoard paint has acclimated to the room temperature 65°F

- 80°F (No greater than 85% humidity) for at least 24 hours. For colder climates it may take up to

5 days for the contents to acclimate to room temperature. Neglect of WriteyBoard paint to

match room temperature will result in product failure.

Remove contact lenses from eyes, use full wrap safety goggles, face mask and gloves. Keep wet product from skin

and clothing. When possible apply in a well-ventilated room with fresh air access. Use respirator and/or special

masks for chemical application if desired. Use caution when using this or any paint product. Not for consumption or

use over substrates other than described in these instructions. Not to be installed around pregnant women. Keep

away from children, pets (animals), and plants. Follow all safety precautions as outlined on the MSDS. Do not exceed

recommended sq. footage as it will lower product performance. If stored product skins over the top, remove skinning

or strain product, and apply. Bubbles may occur during curing if excessive moisture is present. If in doubt or if not in

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFO.

1. PREPARATION

1) 90% of a job well done is preparation.

2) Mark oﬀ edges of intended area to be painted with painters tape.

3) If applying more than 50sqft of whiteboard paint.

i. Mark oﬀ 50sqft increments to ensure proper paint distribution.

ii. Do not exceed the allotted square footage.

4) Cover any areas that might incur unintended coating, this includes: carpets, ﬂoors, & furniture.

5) A smooth surface is essential for best results. For textured and porous walls, sand with 120 grit

sandpaper then wipe away with clean damp cloth. It is imperative that the wall be dry and free of

any dust or debris as this will impede the application and performance of the ﬁnal product.

1. PREPARATION (cont.) 7) If the wall is unpainted a primer is required. Use a primer and ensure it is fully cured. If a surface is new or unﬁnished substrate the use of a primer is required to seal the surface, more than one coat may be necessary. Disregard to seal the surface will result in product failure. 8) If covering a dark surface with WriteyBoard white paint, a white primer is recommended for best results. 2. APPLICATION Pour entire contents into the paint tray.
