Lifetime Limited Product Warranty
Madoov European Hardware (MEH) products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material, function, workmanship and nish
at the time of purchase.
Madoov European Hardware (MEH) gives a LIFETIME MECHANICAL AND FINISH WARRANTY to all products as long the original
purchaser occupies the same residential premises where MEH products were originally installed and used.
In the event that any defect that is covered by this warranty may occur, Madoov European Hardware will replace free of charge
any defective product with a product that has the same model number, nish and function as shown on the original purchaser
receipt .
Madoov European Hardware limited warranty DOES NOT COVER the following:
1. Defects or damages originated from shipping, storage, improper installation, alterations and misuses.
2. Installation and use in any commercial and outside applications.
3. Lack of proper maintenance or use of other than genuine MEH replacement parts during any repair performed
by outside help, hired contractors, maintenance company or the property owners.
4. Lack of proper cleaning and use of any harsh chemicals, and/or abrasives.
5. MEH does not cover any shipping cost of returned products. Nor, cost of any labor, services or any additional
cost that may be incurred during product removal and re- installation process.
6. Any fee or ne due to non-compliance with local code requirements.
7. Liability for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages or any nature originated from
the sale or use of MEH products. If you reside in a state that does not allow the exclusions or limitations, the
above exclusions may not be applicable to you.
