Assembly — Attaching the Fan Blades

Attaching the blades to the

blade arms

□ The fan motor assembly (E) is shipped with rubber

packing mounts (SS) to prevent movement during

transportation. Remove the ﬁve rubber packing

mounts (SS) from the fan motor assembly and

discard prior to attaching the blade arms.

□ Attach blades (F) to blade arms (G) using the three

screws with ﬁber washers provided with the blade

attachment hardware (CC). Start a screw with ﬁber

washer (CC) into the blade arm (G), but do not

tighten.

□ Repeat for the two remaining screws and ﬁber

washers (CC).

□ Tighten each screw securely starting with the center

screw. Make sure the blade (F) is straight.

□ Repeat steps for the remaining blades.
