Warranty: Schwinn warrants that its products are free from defect in
workmanship and materials.
Schwinn is not responsible for failure due to incorrect installation, failure to
follow mounting instructions or use of product in a manner for which it was not
designed. Failure due to abuse, misuse or accident, any failure due to dismantling,
alteration, or repair by any person not authorized by Schwinn. Failure due to
incorrect maintenance. Fair wear and tear. Cost of removal, installation and
freight. Deterioration and discoloring of finishes over time due to climate
conditions.
