Step 1
While your window well cover is on the well, measure
how far below the top most point of the cover your siding
runs. Also measure how thick your siding is. These
dimensions will determine the cuts needed in the side
panels ( ). Mark this on the side panels and cut them
with a jigsaw (if available) or tin snips.
Step 2
Position and secure (tape works fine) each panel on
the window well cover. The top panel should be
centered with the longest edge against the siding.
Side panels should be against the house and flush
with the overhang of the top panel. Using a ¼” bit,
drill through the pre-drilled
holes and through the
window well cover.

CLEANING: Window Well Covers may be cleaned with a mild solution of detergent and water.
Use of harsh chemicals and scouring powders should be avoided.

Remove tape and clear any dirt debris from cover
and panels. Take protective film off of the panels.
Bolt the panels to the well cover according to the
diagram to the right. Do not over-tighten nuts as
this could crack the polycarbonate.
