Manufacturer 5 Year Limited Warranty:
This product is warranted for a period of 5 years from the date of
original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If
this product should fail to operate due to defects in material or
workmanship within 60 months of purchase, this product will be
repaired or replaced at NewAge’s option.
This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of
product and liability for direct, incidental, or consequential
damages is hereby expressly excluded. Some states do not allow
exclusions of direct, incidental or consequential damages so the
above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty
gives the consumer specific legal rights, which vary from state to
state. WARRANTY IS VOID IF PRODUCT IS NOT USED FOR THE
PURPOSE WHICH THIS PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED.
NEWAGE PRODUCTS INC. WILL NOT PAY FOR:
1. Service calls to correct the installation of any NewAge
products or to instruct you how to use or install them.
2. Damage resulting from improper handling, or products
damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper
installation, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification or
mishandling.
3. Repairs or replacement when your product is used in other
than normal, single-family household use, such as a
commercial environment, or handled in anyway inconsistent
with the installation instructions included with the product.
4. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dings, dents or cracks
in paint that do not affect the structural or functional
capability of the product.
5. Surfaces damaged due to chemical interaction resulting in
corrosion of paint or metal.
6. Replacement parts for NewAge products outside Canada and
the United States.
