Case 1. Starting failure
W ARNING
• Make sure the icing prevention system is not working.
Check fuel for water or substandard
mixture.
Replace with proper fuel.
Check fuel for water or substandard

Replace with proper fuel.
Check oil for sub-standard quality.
Replace.
Check oil passage and ports for
clogging.
Clean.
Check air filter and fuel filter for
clogging.
Clean.
Check carbureto r for inadequate
ad justment.
Readjust speed needles.
Check spark ignition .
Replace with a new plug.
Check for engine flooding.
Remove and dry the spark plug.
Then pull the starteragain with no choke.
