Putting into operation:
Press the push button for 5 seconds. The indication then
automaticallyadjuststo„0“andthe„Easy-Control“isnow
ready for operation.
Counting function:
EachllingoftheBWTwaterlteringsystemiscountedby
means of the „Easy-Control“.
Filter cartridge change:
Thedisplaystartsashingifeitherthemaximumnumberof
llingsorthemaximumperiodofuseisexceeded
(dependingonwhathappensrst).Nowachangeofthe
ltercartridgeisnecessary.Afterinsertingthecartridge,
please keep the push button pressed for 5 seconds. The coun-
terthenautomaticallyadjuststo„0“.
Safety function:
In order to guarantee correct counting, the „Easy-Control“,
aftereachlling,givesacountingpauseof15seconds.
Even if during these 15 seconds the „Easy-Fill“ is opened
severaltimes,recordingofthellingswillnotchangeand
remains correct.

Counting function: Aftertherst14days(75%)therstbaronthedisplay
extinguishes,after28days(50%)thesecondbarlapses,thethirdcycleis
reachedafter42days(25%).
Filter cartridge change: After 56 days the maximum period of use is exceeded.
The“Easy-Control”startsashing.Nowachangeoftheltercartridgeis
necessary. After inserting the cartridge please keep the push button pressed for
3seconds.Thecounterthenautomaticallyadjuststo“100%”.
The„Easy-Control“countstheperiodofuse(56days)andremindsyouofthelter
cartridgechangebyashingdisplay.

The „Easy-Control“ is designed for a service life of 3 years.
In the event of your „Easy-Control“ being defective, please contact our service team
(see cap. 11). We will be happy to replace the electronic item for you.
