TELSTAR WARRANTY
TELSTAR provides a thirty (30) day parts and labor warranty for all of its
products sold in the United States
Basic Warranty Statement
TELSTAR warrants this product to the original purchaser ONLY, to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for thirty (30) Ddefects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for thirty (30) DAYS from
the date of originial purchase. TELSTAR agrees, at its option under the warranty
period, to repair or replace the product if it is determined to be defective at “no
Charge”. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, AC cords, or damage due
to line of power surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings, Damage
caused by batteries, misuse, mishandling, improper application, accident acts of
God, or attemptedrepair by an unathorized service agent.
In order to have your merchandise repaired or replaced by warranty, you must
return the product Freight Prepaid to the address below within the duration of the
warranty. With the return of the product, you MUST includes
1.Proof of purchase which must have a purchase date that falls in the warranty
period specified in the warranty card.
2.All of the accessories that came with the product package must be sent along with
the main unit.the main unit.
3.A detailed description of the problem you are having with the product.
4.Check or money order payable to MGear, for return shipping and handling in the
monetary amount of $10.
The product must be sent in the original packaging or reasonable substitute to
prevent damage. You MUST include your full name, shipping address and
telephone number for our reference. No return will be shipped back to a P.O Box.
