Brass Insert Fittings are most commonly used in irrigation systems. They are also
used for cold water sprinkler and pump installation applications. They feature 100
psi maximum working pressure. Please secure ttings to pipe with poly pipe pinch
clamps.
Features:
• Lead-free DZR brass construction.
• Use with polyethylene pipe.
• Use PTFE tape on threaded connections.
• Install with Apollo Poly Pipe Pinch Clamps.

• NSF/ANSI 372
• NSF/ANSI 61-8
Installation:
Squarely cut PE pipe to desired length. Dip the end of the tubing into hot water for approximately 10
seconds to make the pipe more pliable. Slide clamp over end of pipe. Push and wiggle the fitting into
the pipe until all barbs are covered by the pipe - do not twist the fitting into the pipe. Slide clamp 1/8"-
1/4" from the end of the pipe and over the fitting barbs closest to the end of the fitting. Fasten clamp.
Check connections after installation.
