This fan comes fully assembled and is ready for use. 1. Plug the USB connector on the USB cable (C) into a USB port on a computer, laptop or portable charger (none included). The connector can also be inserted into the adaptor (D) and then into a wall outlet. 2. This fan can be used as desk fan and clip fan as desired (Fig. 1). To operate, press the rocker switch to the appropriate speed option: O=Off, I=Low, II=High. Fig. 1 3. Tilt the fan body manually up or down. The maximum tilt angle: 90°（Fig. 2）.
