Lifetime Limited Warranty and Standard Return Policy
High Speed Welding LLC d.b.a RyderRacks (“the Company”) extends a lifetime
limited warranty to its customers. We aim to achieve the highest standard of
customer service for any warranty and/or standard return. Our warranty and
return policy is based on a Defective/Malfunctioning Product. Proper care and use
as outlined by RyderRacks MUST be followed for warranty to remain valid.
Warranty of Defective/Malfunctioning Product
High Speed Welding LLC d.b.a. RyderRacks will refurbish current
defective/malfunctioning product or provide customer with new product, without
charge, to any properly installed or manufactured product that fails due to a
deficiency in material or craftsmanship, up to 5 years from consumer purchase. Our
aluminum products have a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion. Proof of
Purchase is required for the warranty to be effective.
Load weight should not surpass more than one-third of your vehicle’s total payload
capacity. Loads should not overhang on either end of a RyderRack by more than 18
inches. If a RyderRack is damaged because of misuse, negligence, abuse, accident,
improper installation then the warranty will be deemed null and void. Our load test
is based on a racks ability to hold loads when not secured to a vehicle in a static lab
environment. High Speed Welding LLC d.b.a. RyderRacks will not warranty for load
capacities nor will the Company be responsible to bed damage caused by your load.
The company has no way of determining whether the product was properly
installed and used correctly or if a load was correctly secured.
This warranty states that High Speed Welding LLC d.b.a. RyderRacks will be
responsible for the cost of the defective/malfunctioning product. We will not cover
the cost of removal, install or other secondary charges unless High Speed Welding
LLC d.b.a. RyderRacks otherwise arranged with the company.
The warranty grants you certain legal rights and the consumer may have other
rights depending on what state they reside in.
All warranty claims are required to obtain a Return Authorization number from
High Speed Welding LLC d.b.a. RyderRacks BEFORE the product is returned to us.
