Warranty

The steps for receiving your Return Authorization number are as follows:
1. Call or email High Speed Welding LLC d.b.a. RyderRacks at 910-557-2258 or
info@ryderracks.com to request your Return Authorization number. The
following information is necessary for the consumer:
a. Nature of manufacturing defect
b. Product part number
c. Installation (mm/dd/yyyy)
d. Original sale invoice number
2. After strategy for refurbishing or replacing product is established, the Return
Authorization number is designated to the claim.
3. In the case that the product is replaced, a replacement invoice and shipping
document will be made at High Speed Welding LLC d.b.a. RyderRacks.
4. The customer is held accountable for the packaging and returning of the
product. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER HAS TO BE PLAINLY VISIBLE
AND MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Any package that fails to
do so will be denied. If damage occurs during shipment, High Speed Welding
LLC d.b.a. RyderRacks will not be responsible. Any damage during shipping
should be directed to the shipping company.
5. The customer is held liable for purchase of the original product invoice and
the replacement invoice, based on the settled credit terms.
6. With the receipt of the returned product, High Speed Welding LLC d.b.a.
RyderRacks will view the claim for warranty compliance. If the warranty
criteria is met and assumed correct, then a credit in the amount of the
original invoice will be applied to the customer’s account and a credit receipt
will be mailed. However, if the claim is deemed inapplicable, based on
warranty precedents, the customer will receive a statement describing the
reason they did not meet warranty criteria. The product may be returned to
the customer per their choice.
