Keep small parts away from children. This product contains sharp edges which can cause injury if appropriate care is not taken, particularly while installing. Do not bend the steel components. Do not place anything other than the supplied steel ball on the rails. Do not force the motor to stop running or it may overheat and suffer damage.
Part Assembly Base Installation b Assemble the 2 bases together. (O1) Pay attention to the clip and hole positions. B BARE Set the base holder in the correct position as per O1. Arm Installation As per 02. Ensure Arm Holder A and B are correct. 17 pieces are required. sy T SIS BT OO HOE. Arm Installation Insert the seesaw into the rail stand. (04) See image (05) for a more detailed overview. Insert the seesaw into arm holder | B and turn 90 degrees to lock.
Elevator Installation Insert the 300mm shaft into the gear box Insert 12pc elevator helix into shaft. (06-2) Insert 3pc 300m shaft into matching hole on gear box. (06-3) Lock 3pc 300mm shaft. (06-4) Note the position of the three holes carefully. Insert 4pc shaft onto elevator cover. (06-5) Insert the clips on ring onto rail.
Shaft, arm and base Place the arms as per image (07) (to scale). Insert the arms into the shaft and turn 90 degrees to lock. (08) Unlock the arms before adjusting any part of the track or arm angle. Insert the arm stand into the shaft. (09) {Refer to image (11) for stand installation position. Install the base shaft and bear box. Install the shafts as per A-E in image (07) into the base as per A-E in image Qan.
All Installation The rail includes two elevator Refer to images (12) and (13) while installing. Install the rail stand at the same time: see image (18). Install 2pc 245cm rail asr per images (12-1) and Refer to image (27) on rail adjustment exits (start) and entries (end). The letters and numbers correspond to the image on the previous page.
Insert the rail into the arms as per images (15) and (16). Refer to the arm position on (15) for rail installation. Rail sections can be adjusted, designed or connected as per image (17). They should be cleaned with pliers. Rail stand The arms should have distance of around 810em for stability. The rail stand should be used if the section is longer. Fix the rail stand to incline, elevator entry and exit points to stabilize.
Ensure the rails are kept parallel. (20) Keep the angle of curves consistent. (21) The steel ball should slow down before a curve: refer to image (22) for details on assembly.
Rail Assembly Loop Installation Refer to image (23). The diameter of the height leading into the loop must be twice that of the loop (inner diameter) to ensure smooth running. The loop should be a complete circle. (24) A larger loop should not follow a smaller loop. The rail should be close to the elevator helix with the ball running slowly to make the run smooth. (272), (28). The angle of the elevator and rail should be as per image (28).
