INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Risk of Fire or Shock:
LED Retrot Kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualied, do not
attempt installation. Contact a qualied electrician.
Supply conductors (power wiring) connecting the xture must be rated minimum 90°C. If uncertain, consult
an electrician.
Risk of Electric Shock:
Disconnect power at fuse of circuit breaker before installing or servicing.
Risk of Fire or Electric Shock:
Install this kit only in the luminaires that has the constructions features and dimensions shown in the
photographs and/or drawings.
Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation.
Do not alter, relocate, or remove wiring, lampholders, power supply, or any other electrical component.
To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
The DLR4-SD Sunset Dimming LED Retrot is designed to t into
4” housings. Simply push the xture ush to the ceiling using the
mounting clip system. No tools are necessary for installation.
Carefully unpack the downlight from its packaging. Inspect
product for defects due to shipping.
Disconnect Edison base from downlight and screw into socket
inside recessed housing. (GU24 base option available).
Plug the downlight connector into the Edison (or GU24) base
connector.
Carefully route wires into housing and push the downlight up.
Push ush to ceiling surface.

CAUTION: To avoid possible electric shock, be sure that power supply is turned o at fuse box or circuit
breaker before attempting installation or servicing of the xture. For safest operation read and become
familiar with complete installation instructions prior to use.

provided label must be applied to the retrotted luminaire where visible during re-lamping.
