Re: SDS Supplier Notification for EPCRA and OSHA Regulations – 2017
Dear Customer:
Please be advised that pursuant to Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA)
we are providing you with notification that our products may contain reportable chemicals listed under EPCRA Section
313. All product SDS possibly requiring notification are available to you at the following web site address:

We recognize OSHA has changed the name from Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) while
modifying the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) for alignment with the United Nations Globally Harmonized
System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). The final rule was published in the Federal Register, March
26, 2012. Our manufactured products are in the new SDS format.
This SDS is also being provided to you to meet requirements of the Occupational Safety and health Administration’s
(OSHA) Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) which requires manufacturers to supply their customers
with access to SDS’s for certain products. The SDS contains vital information relative to the product’s safe handling.
Please ensure that all persons handling these products have a ready access to the information contained in this SDS and
are familiar with its contents.
If you are unsure whether you are subject to the reporting requirements of EPCRA Section 313, or need more information,
call EPS’s EPCRA department. Please note that if you process, repackage or otherwise redistribute this product to
industrial customers, a notice similar to this one must be sent to those customers.
This notification will be available on the Sales Order Acknowledgement and the Bill of Lading. The product SDS will be
