INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

1.Shut off the power.

2.Use two Junction Box Screw to fix the Mounting Plate to Outlet Box.

Connect supply wires to fixture wires and insulate with proper size wire nuts.

a) Connect ground wire (green or bare) to fixture ground wire (green or bare).

b) Connect common (white) wire to fixture common(white).

c) Connect hot (typically black) wire to fixture black wire.

4.Place Fixture body on the mounting plate and secure with two cap nuts.Fixture

should be secure against wall.

5.Final, install the bulb (bulb not included)
