SV1218 Floor-Track 12" and 18"

Vertical Mounting Bracket

Code-standard SV1218 bracket mounts to floor track

easily with screws through three pre-punched holes

in bottom plate (only two screws required for most

applications)

• Offers pre-measured box-mount locations at 12"

and 18" from floor — fast installation with no

measuring required

• Accepts 4" square or 4

⁄16" boxes (deep or shallow)

with standard device covers (mud rings)

• Supplied with horizontal cross-support bar for stability

after installation — prevents unit from falling into open

space between walls when sheetrock is applied

• Support bar sits in two slotted tabs on backside of vertical

bracket and mounts from stud to stud horizontally

• Support bar pre-measured for 24" stud cavities (score

lines provided for 16" stud cavities) with pre-punched

holes at stud locations for left or right stud installation

• Add optional SVX adapter plate to expand box capacity

• Optional SVX adapter plate installs to pre-punched

and tapped holes on sides of SV1218

• Up to two SVX plates can be added with 24" stud spacing

• One SVX plate can be added with 16" stud spacing

• SVX adapter plate accepts all device covers for 4"

and 4

⁄16" boxes
