address range is copied to the SPI accessible
volatile memory and will be used during normal
operation.

Unique ID
Every device of a production lot has a unique 32-bit
identification number. It can be used for traceability
purposes. The production lot can be identified by the
date code on every device.
Write access to the ID is prevented.
