Step 6: Pull the Handle into the middle of Base and lock it by the Lock Pin.
Step 7: Install the Wheel Assembly to the Axle using Hex Bolt M10x30 and Hex Nut M10.
Repeat above procedure for the other side. Note: Keep the valves outward
