MATCH WIDE BLADE OF PLUG TO WIDE SLOT , FULLY INSERT.

If the replacement fuse blows, a short-circuit may be present and the product should be returned to authorized

service center for examination and/or repair or call 973-350-8900, Monday - Friday, between 10;00 am and

6:00 pm EST.

If the plug warning label is missing or damaged, call the toll free number for a replacement label.

How to change/Replace the Fuse from Fuse Plug

Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling

on cord.
