Unplug the Fan before cleaning or servicing. To clean your Fan, use a soft moistened cloth with a mild
soap solution. Never immerse electrical parts in water.
Do not use gasoline, benzene, thinner, harsh cleaners, etc. as cleaning agents.
Store in a clean, dry area when not in use.

The “ 3-way ” switch is located on the back plate of the fan.

This product is warranted for one year from the date of original purchase against defects in workmanship
and /or materials. At our option, parts that prove to be defective will either be repaired or replaced or the
whole product will be replaced.
Should a part need replacement, you must give us the type and style of your appliance. You will find this
at the bottom of the appliance. In either case, a copy of your proof-of purchase
is requested.
This warranty does not apply if the damage occurs because of accident, improper handling or operation,
shipping damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs made or attempted, or the use of the product for
commercial service.
1 - S lide open fuse access cover on top of
attachment plug towards blades.
2 - Remove fuse carefully
3 - Push the fuse from other side or turn fuse
holder over to remove fuse. Risk of fire.
Replace fuse only with 5 Amp,125 Volt fuse.
C lose the cover. Slide closed the fuse access
cover on top of attachment plug.
4 - Make sure that fuse replaced accurately
and cover is latch (closed) properly before
you plug into the outlet device.
