Warranty

We warrant the original purchaser that the parts of this faucet will be free from defects in

material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If there is such a defect

during the warranty period we will, at our option, replace the faucet or refund your purchase

price. This warranty does not cover defects or damages related to commercial use, abuse,

neglect, accident, normal wear and tear, or failure to install, use, maintain, or service the

product as directed. This warranty is not transferrable. All implied warranties, including the

implied warranties of merchantability and tness for a particular purpose, are limited to the

duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an

implied warranty may last , so the above limitations may not apply to you. To the extent

permitted by law, this warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages whether
