Warranty

GUARANTEES: Our plumbing products are guaranteed against defects
in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
installation. Barclay Products will replace or repair such items that may
prove to be defective. Barclay Products does not assume liability for labor
charges, removal or reinstallation expenses, freight or postage, injuries,
or incidental or consequential damages resulting from a defective
product. Any product problem which results from abuse, misuse,
improper installation or maintenance, hard water, proximity to bodies of
salt water or accidental damage, are not covered by any warranty set
forth
.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES: Implied warranties including that of
merchantability are expressly limited in duration to the duration of this
warranty. Barclay Products Limited disclaims any responsibility for
consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental
damages, so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights,
which vary from state to state. This is our exclusive written warranty.
