Warranty

Limited Warranty:
All products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the instructions included with the
products. If a product is defected and meet the below limited warranty, Lanza Products, Inc. (“Lanza
Products”) will replace the defective product or parts.
All products are under one year warranty for manufacturer defects. “Defects” as used in this warranty is
defined as – imperfections which impair the utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the
product.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from structure failure or damages due to incorrect assembly,
improper or lack of regular maintenance, mishandling, improper or abuse of use, unauthorized repairs, not
following care instructions and also damages caused by infestations, fire, flood and acts of nature (e.g. freezing
temperatures, ice, hurricane, tornado, high winds, etc.) Damages to wood product caused by environmental
conditions (e.g. extreme dry climates), mold or mildew are not covered. This warranty does not cover
breakage of hardware components beyond the period of one year, after which such breakage will be
considered normal wear and tear.
This warranty does not apply to our white oak and sling fabric products. It does not cover normal tarnishing of
metal (e.g. brass) used in hinges, mechanisms, etc., and it does not cover normal fading of fabric or upholstery
materials or damage from acts of nature. Clearance and Final Sale items are provided As Is with no warranty
or returns.
Damages to white oak products caused by sources of heat (e.g. sunlight magnification through reflection of
windows, stemware or from other sources, such as grill, fire pit, cigarette, etc.) are not covered.
Checking (minor cracks) may occur when wood products are exposed to outside elements. Checking is
considered natural and is not covered under this warranty unless they contribute to structural failure.
Lanza Products is not liable for personal injury related to improper use or negligence.
Damages caused by suntan oil or other chemicals not endorsed by Lanza Products , as well as scratches, dings,
dents, corrosion, stains in the material that does not affect the structural or functional capability of the
product are not covered.
Products damaged by improperly loading beyond the specified maximum weight capacity, and defects results
from use in excess of normal residential use will not be applied to this warranty.
The application of paint, stain, polyurethane, other chemical treatments not endorsed by Lanza Products, or
any modification made by the end user will void the warranty.
This limited warranty does not apply to samples or liquidated items. This warranty is available to the initial
purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase and additional information regarding the defect may
be required at Lanza Products’ discretion. Customer must provide photographs of the defect to Lanza
Products (at customer’s expense) so that Lanza Products can determine the extent of defect and its most
efficient resolution. The warranty is made only to products sold in the continental United States, and it is
limited to replacement of the parts of the product that show a defect.
Customer must pay for shipping costs associated with any replacement product or parts. This warrant is
limited to product replacement only. In no event will Lanza Products be liable for special, indirect, or
consequential damages.
