Limited Warranty:
The warranty does not cover shipping damage. Shipping damage must be reported immediately to Lanza
Products. Please email info@lanzaproducts.com
about shipping damage immediately upon receipt of
damaged merchandise. Please save all packages. If customer signs the shipping company delivery receipt
“received in good condition”, or does not report shipping damage directly to Lanza Products within 48 hours of
receipt, no shipping damage claim will be honored by Lanza Products.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES DISCLAIMED:
All other warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Without limiting the
generality of the forgoing, Lanza Products expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose.
Lanza Products will not pay for service calls, labor costs, or loss of product contents.
Recommendations:
Lanza Products recommends storing products indoors in an upright position during cold weather or hazardous
weather conditions to avoid potential damages caused by natural causes, which are not covered under the
warranty.
Proper storage, care and routine maintenance will help prevent structural failure and extend the life of the
product, ensuring years of memorable outdoor living.
