LIFTING MECHANISM
Hydraulic lift - 1st, 2nd and 3rd cutting units operate together. Cutting units 4 and 5 (and optional 6 and 7) operate individually.
MAIN FRAME
Tubular and structural steel; bolted and electrically welded construction.
WING LIFT ARMS
Tubular steel, reinforced welded construction.
AXLE ASSEMBLY
Implement type. Maximum load capacity is 4940 lbs. (2241 kg) at maximum tire inflation of 28 psi (1.9 bars).
TRAILER TRANSP. WHEELS
6 bolt, 15 x 8" implement style wheels with 11L-15, 6-ply rating implement rib tires. Recommended tire pressure: 24-28 psi (1.6-1.9 bars).
TRAILER TONGUE
Tubular and structural steel; welded construction. Trailer clevis is adjustable to 3 positions.
CONTROL TOWER
Adjustable to 12.5" (32 cm) fore/aft and 7" (18 cm) up and down; controls are operable from tractor seat.
JACK
Side-screw type trailer jack. 10" (25.4 cm) stroke. Stores inside trailer tongue when not in use. Load capacity: 2200 lbs. (998 kg).

COUPLERS
Quick-disconnect coupler for easy hook-up to tractor.
HYDRAULIC VALVE
Heavy duty directional control valve, parallel circuit open center, stack design. Cast iron valve bodies with hardened spools and plated for corrosion protection.
Primary relief valve [approx. 1500 psi (103.4 bars)] shim adjustable. Relief valve prevents excess pressure build-up in the hydraulic system and safeguards the
hydraulic pump and hoses.

CYLINDERS
Tie rod construction, 3" (7.6 cm) bore, double-acting cylinders; chrome-plated rods 1.375" (3.5 cm) diameter for units 1, 2, and 3; and 1.125" (2.8 cm) diameter for
units 4, 5, 6, and 7; all with precision finished bore in cylinder tubes.
HYDRAULIC HOSES
SAE 100R7, two braid, 1/2" (12.7 mm) ID feed line hoses from tractor to valve body. SAE 100R7, two braid, 5/16" (7.9 mm) ID cylinder hoses from valve body to
hydraulic cylinders.

OPTIONS
Conversion Kit, 18" (46 cm) Cutting Unit Wheels, P/N 51-3060: Using 18" (46 cm) semi-pneumatic cutting unit wheels. Kit is required for 6 & 7 position cutting units.
Hitch Ball Couple Kit, P/N 53-9760: Coupler bolts directly to frame and replaces the standard clevis type hitch.
5-7 Conversion Kit, Model 33452: consists of component parts to allow the installation of two additional cutting units.
