MAIN FUNCTION
Open the power switch. The window will light up and the treadmill will enter into ready state.
START-UP QUICKLY (MANUAL):
Attach Safety Key (No. 13) onto the computer, press button. The treadmill will run at the
lowest speed in 3 seconds. Press SPEED-/+ buttons to adjust the speed. Press the button
or remove the Safety Key (No. 13) directly to stop the treadmill.
COUNTDOWN MODE:
Press the button to choose any of the following: Time Countdown Mode, Distance
Countdown Mode, Calories Countdown Mode. The display will show the default data and a light
will blink. At the same time, press SPEED -/+ buttons to set the data. Press button, the
treadmill will run at the lowest speed. Press SPEED -/+ buttons to adjust the speed. When it
counts down to 0, the treadmill will stop smoothly. Press button or remove the Safety Key
(No. 13) from the computer to stop the treadmill.
PRESET PROGRAMS:
Press the button to choose a program from P1-P12. When the program is set, the time
window will show the default data of TIME and flash. Press the SPEED-/+ buttons to adjust the
time required. Each program has been divided into 20 sections, each exercise time=the setting
time/20. Press the button and the treadmill will run at the first section speed in a 3 second
countdown. When the section is over, it will enter the next section automatically. The speed will
automatically adjust the value for the section. When finishing a program, the speed will slow down
and the treadmill will stop. While running, you can change the speed by pressing the SPEED -/+
buttons. When the program enters the next section, the running belt will come back to the default
speed of the section. You can press or remove the Safety Key (No. 13) to stop the
treadmill anytime.
SLEEP FUNCTION
If user stops for more than 10 minutes without any operation, the system will enter a sleep state.
