ASSEMBLY READ THIS BEFORE YOU BEGIN • You’ll probably need at least 2 adults and 2 hours to assemble your trampoline (of course, that depends on what model you have, and whether or not you’re secretly a superhero). • We’ve provided a Phillip’s screw driver and two adjustable wrenches to help with assembly, but you’re more than welcome to use your own tools. Many find that using a power drill and a rubber mallet makes things easier. • Use gloves to protect your hands from pinch points during assembly.
STEP 3 1 Frame Tube (x2) This next step is pretty much the same. Just insert a frame tube (1) into a leg with welding tube (3). 3 Leg with Welding Tube (x2) Now repeat this step to assemble one more frame tube and leg with welding tube! (1) (3) STEP 4 Now all you need to do is connect the frame pieces together! (See, this isn’t too bad...
ASSEMBLY STEP 5 4 Mat with Pad (x1) 5 Elastic with Ball (x5) Place the mat with pad (4) on the ground inside the frame. Make sure the frog is centered between the two legs with welding tubes! Then, using one elastic with ball (5) attach the mat to the frame in location A. Repeat this step to attach 4 remaining elastic bands in locations B-C-D-E as shown. One elastic band should be centered in between each leg.
STEP 7 If you want, take a snack break because you’re more than halfway done and you deserve it! Now, cover the frame with the attached pad. Look underneath the trampoline, and insert the strap with the buckle into the strap hole on the pad as shown. STEP 8 Tie the straps to the frame as shown. (And if you don’t know how to tie a knot... we can’t help you. But maybe a friendly neighbor or a boy scout can).
ASSEMBLY STEP 9 This step is a breeze. Insert the left handlebar with foam (6) into the right handlebar with foam (7), and secure with one self-tapping screw (9). 6 Left Handlebar with Foam (x1) 7 Right Handlebar with Foam (x1) 9 Self-tapping Screw (x1) (9) (6) (7) STEP 10 Insert one upright tube (8) into one side of the handle bar, and secure using one self-tapping screw (9). Don’t tighten the screw yet. 8 Upright Tube (x2) 9 Repeat this step on the other side of the handle bar.
STEP 11 LAST STEP YOU’RE IN THE FINAL HOME STRETCH. Insert the handlebars into welding legs until the spring clip pop out. Then, tighten all of the screws. STEP 12 Congratulations on completing your new trampoline! (See... we knew you could do it!) So here comes the real question... are you satisfied with this completed product? If you are, go ahead and write a review on the retailer’s site you bought it from. We’d really appreciate it... and if we could, we’d give you a gold star.
