ASSEMBLY READ THIS BEFORE YOU BEGIN • You’ll probably need at least 2 adults and 2 hours to assemble your trampoline (of course, that depends on what model you have, and whether or not you’re secretly a superhero). • We’ve provided a Phillip’s screw driver and two adjustable wrenches to help with assembly, but you’re more than welcome to use your own tools. Many find that using a power drill and a rubber mallet makes things easier. • Use gloves to protect your hands from pinch points during assembly.
ASSEMBLY STEP 3 16 M10x88mm Bolt (x4) (18) M10 Washer (x4) 17 18 M10 Nut (x4) 22 Cap (x4) Then, secure using four M10x88mm bolts (16), four M10 washers (17), and four M10 nuts (18). Place four caps (22) on the ends of the bolts. Repeat steps 2-3 to assemble one additional frame section. (22) (17) (22) (18) (17) (22) (18) (17) (22) (18) (17) (16) (16) STEP 4 1 (16) Corner Tube (x1) Locate two sockets (3), one corner tube (1) and one straight tube (2), and connect them together as shown.
ASSEMBLY STEP 5 16 M10x88mm Bolt (x4) 17 18 M10 Washer (x4) M10 Nut (x4) 22 Then, secure using four M10x88mm bolts (16), four M10 washers (17), and four M10 nuts (18). Place four caps (22) on the ends of the bolts. Repeat steps 4-5 to assemble one additional frame section.
STEP 7 Insert all of the leg posts (4) into the U-shaped leg sections assembled in step 3 and step 5. Then, insert the leg posts into all of the sockets as shown. 4 Leg Post (x8) (4) Step 5 Step 3 STEP 8 19 M6x70mm Bolt (x16) (21) (20) (19) (19) (20) (21) 20 (4) (4) (4) Secure using eight M6x70mm bolts (19), 16 M6 washers (20), and eight M6 nuts (21). M6 Washer (x32) 21 M6 Nut (x16) (20) (21) Repeat this step until four corner leg sections are assembled.
ASSEMBLY STEP 9 7 Middle Frame Tube (x2) Grab a friend and flip the assembled corner leg sections over so they are now standing on the legs. (Do not skip this step! We’re not underestimating your strength or anything, but if you connect before flipping, the entire frame will be too heavy to flip.) Now place a middle frame tube (7) (bend facing out) in between two corner leg sections and slide them together. Repeat on the other side. You will now have two rectangle frame halves assembled.
STEP 11 The enclosure net (9) will be pre-installed to the jump mat (8). Before continuing, make sure each V-ring of the jump mat is properly threaded through the corresponding hole in the enclosure net. 8 Jump Mat (x1) 9 Enclosure Net (x1) Warning label Enclosure door Warning label STEP 12 Place the jump mat on the ground inside the frame with the enclosure net on top. Place it so the jump mat lines up with the frame. Be sure to center the enclosure door on the middle of a long side.
ASSEMBLY STEP 13 10 Spring (x16) 25 Spring Tool (x1) You may want to use gloves for this step! Using the spring tool (25), hook the smaller end of a spring (10) into the V-Ring that’s just left of a corner D-ring. Stretch the free end of the spring until it reaches the nearest frame hole on the corner tube (1). Repeat this step to attach four springs on each corner. You should now have 16 springs placed. Note: Do not place springs on the corner D-rings yet.
STEP 15 10 Spring (x8) STEP 16 10 Spring (x8) Now, hook two smaller springs (10) into a D-Ring on the corner of the jump mat. Stretch the free ends of the springs until they reach the nearest frame holes on the corner tube (1). Repeat this step to attach two springs on each of the four corner D-rings. You should now have 40 springs attached. Attach two additional smaller springs (10) to either side of the sockets (3) on the long sides of the frame.
ASSEMBLY STEP 17 Now, working in a clockwise direction, attach all of the remaining smaller springs. Make sure the V-rings and frame holes line up correctly. 10 Spring (x28) STEP 18 12 Frame Pad (x2 pieces) (Remember, you’re the boss here. You tell those springs what to do! And other people if they’re helping...) Lay the two frame pad (12) pieces on the frame. Adjust the frame pad so that the slits are directly above the sockets. Tie the two frame pad pieces together with the attached straps.
STEP 19 Look under the trampoline. Find the straps that are attached to the underside of the frame pad (12). Position the outer straps so that one strap is on each side of the frame. Position the inner straps so that one strap is threaded through a V-ring. Now tie all of the straps in bows. (Because if you tie them in knots, you’ll have a pretty hard time untying them ever again!) Secure the corners of the frame pads to the frame using the attached straps. Clip the straps to the D-rings at each corner.
ASSEMBLY STEP 21 Important: The pole cap (22) has two sides; one with a hexagon hole, and one with a round hole. 23 Pole Cap (x8) Insert the pole cap into one strap ring found on the top of the enclosure net. Make sure the hexagon hole is facing the net, and the round hole is facing you. Hexagon hole Strap Round hole Round hole 22) (9) STEP 22 25 M5x50mm Bolt (x8) Next insert a curved tube (14) into the pole cap (23).
STEP 23 Starting from the enclosure door, lift one of the assembled poles and insert the straight tube (13) into the socket. Repeat this process to insert the seven remaining poles. Helpful tip: When inserting the enclosure poles, pull back on the middle of the poles! Pull back Socket STEP 24 24 Insert the end caps (24) into the bottom of the sockets.
ASSEMBLY STEP 25 LAST STEP YOU’RE IN THE FINAL HOME STRETCH. Using the included plastic tie, attach the safety placard to the trampoline frame close to the enclosure door. Safety placard STEP 26 Congratulations on completing your new trampoline! (See... we knew you could do it!) So here comes the real question... are you satisfied with this completed product? If you are, go ahead and write a review on the retailer’s site you bought it from. We’d really appreciate it...

TRAMPOLINE SAFETY INFORMATION In trampoline use, as in all active recreational sports, participants can be injured. However, there are steps that can be taken to reduce risk of injury. In this section, primary accident patterns are identified and the responsibilities of supervisors and jumpers in accident prevention are described.
ENCLOSURE SAFETY INFORMATION NEED FOR TRAMPOLINE ENCLOSURE SAFETY A trampoline enclosure is a recreational product. The information on this page identifies important safety precautions. The precautions are not all-inclusive, because an enclosure can be used in ways that this manual cannot cover completely. To prevent pinches and cuts during enclosure use, a frame pad must be installed on the trampoline (see the trampoline manufacturer’s instructions).
METHODS OF ACCIDENT PREVENTION THE SUPERVISOR’S ROLE IN PREVENTING ACCIDENTS It is the responsibility of the supervisors of trampoline users to provide knowledgeable and mature supervision. They need to know and enforce all of the rules and warnings printed in this manual to minimize the likelihood of accidents and injuries. They also need to inform users of these rules.
