Problem Solution
No function, • Has the device been turned-on?

the mains socket?

socket properly supplied with current?
• Is there an input signal (if the operating
mode selector (4) is set to the position

• Perhaps the protective system has
responded. In this case, turn device off
and then on.
The operating status indicator POWER (5) • Has the volume control LEVEL (8) set
to minimum (left limit-stop)?
shows green but no sound can be heard • Has the audio source been connected
correctly to the input?
• Has the audio source been turned-on
and has the volume control there not
been set to minimum?
• Is there perhaps a mute mode active
at the audio source?
• Perhaps the protective system has
responded. In this case, turn the
device off and then on.
A booming noise can be heard • Are the signal cables of the audio
source all right?
Any repair work different to the ones described above must be
carried out by an authorised expert.
