WINGIT INNOVATIONS
LIMITED CONDITIONAL PRODUCT WARRANTY:
All products sold by WingIt Innovations and its affiliates are warranted to be free from
defects in materials or workmanship for One Year from the date of installation.
The Company’s obligation under this warranty is conditioned upon the Purchaser
furnishing satisfactory evidence that the goods alleged to be defective have been
properly installed and maintained. This warranty shall not apply to goods which have
been altered or subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect or improper storage, handling,
installation or maintenance. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer’s liability
exceed the purchase price of the product.
Seller makes no other warranty. All other warranties, whether express, implied or
statutory, such as warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose are
hereby excluded and disclaimed to the extent that they exceed the warranties expressly
granted. In no event shall seller be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
