Warranty Information
Turf Evolutions warrants that if TruGrass landscape synthetic turf product proves to be
defective in material or workmanship, resulting in premature wear, during normal and
ordinary use of the product for the purposes set out herein or for any other uses for which
gives its written authorization, for a period of 8 years or the turf fibers lose more than
50% of their pile height, within 8 years from the date of completion of installation, during
normal and ordinary use of the product will, at Turf Evolutions’ option, either repair or
replace the affected area without charge (but no cash refunds will be made).
This limited warranty does not cover:
1. Damage resulting from accident, Force Majeure, misuse, abuse, and neglect or
from other than normal and ordinary use of the Product.
2. Damage arising from turf fibers being pulled up from their original pile height by
the twisting action of athletic shoe soles is considered normal use and is not
covered by the warranty.
3. Damage resulting from failure to maintain the product in accordance with the
maintenance instructions provided to the buyer, including those specified below.
4. Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than or an
authorized distributor or third-party service company.
5. Damage from sun reflecting off any surface and singeing or melting the turf
fibers.
We disclaim liability for incidental and consequential damages for breach of any express
or implied warranty, including any implied warranty or merchantability, with respect to
the Product.
In the event that the product is used for purposes other than the specific activities set out
herein or any other uses for which gives its written authorization, it being understood that
Turf Evolutions has tested the product for use in connection with these activities and may
not have tested it for other uses, shall not be responsible for any and all damages incurred
and this limited warranty as well as all legal warranties shall become null and void.
TruLine Bentgrass, nylon putting green turf, has a five year UV warranty with the same
stipulations as outlined above.
