VENTO TECHNOLOGIES ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We want each and every one of our clients to be extremely satisfied with every item purchased from
us. For one year following the purchasing date of any of our units, Vento Technologies, Inc.
warrants every new product, part or parts to be free from any material or workmanship defect.
If any item sold by us develops a defect within one year following the date of its original purchase,
we will, at our own discretion and after proper inspection, repair or replace the defective product.
Our warranty is limited to new and original units and their parts for a total of up to one (1) year after
the date of purchase.
This warranty is only available for the original owner or buyer.
Vento Technologies, Inc. does not guarantee components that are damaged due to normal wear
and tear, including misting nozzles, water filters, misting pumps and their motors or seals. This
warranty also excludes any damage to a misting pump that has been run without oil and/or water
and any damages related to an improper maintenance as indicated in the unit’s Instruction Manual.
This warranty does not cover any regular maintenance operations, such as oil changes, water filters
replacement, adjustments or cleaning of any unit or part.
Moreover, it does not cover any dings, dents or other cosmetic issues caused by normal use or
operation of the units, including, without limitation: normal wear and tear, damages on paper and
cardboard filters, water buildup damage, pumps that were used without oil and/or water, and
damages caused by freezing or extreme temperatures.
Please note that our warranty will be declared void if the equipment is found to have been misused,
abused or tampered with by any unauthorized personnel. Also, our warranty does not cover any
neglectful or improper maintenance, shipping, handling, transportation, wiring or installation.
This warranty excludes the cost of labor. All labor will be quoted separately and will ultimately have
to be approved and paid by the client.
Transportation is also excluded from this warranty. All transportation charges on units or parts
submitted for replacement or repair under this warranty must be borne by the purchaser.
For warranty service, please call us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Products sent without a RGA number will not be accepted by us.
This limited warranty does not cover damages to any product or part derived from negligence, wind,
snow, fire, hurricane, tornado, misuse, abuse or as a consequence of any other act of God or
nature or force majeure events which are beyond Vento Technologies, Inc.’ control.
Vento Technologies, Inc. makes no other warranty, written, oral, implied or statutory, and the
remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy available.
Vento Technologies, Inc. is not and shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages in connection with the use of any product sold, including, without limitation, for any cost or
expense associated to providing substitute equipment during periods of non-use.
