OurProductsarewarrantiestobefreefrommaterialdefectsin
workmanshipandconstructionfromdateofdeliveryforthenumberof
yearsnotedbelowwhenusedfornormal,residentialindooruse.
Exclusions:Ourproductsarenotwarrantiedagainstnormalwearand
tear,commercialuse,accidents,abuseorneglectorfromdamage
resultingfromimproperuse,care,orstorage.Ourwarrantydoesnot
coverproductsusedincommercial,nonresidentialsettings.Because
ourproductsaremadeofhandcraftedandnaturalmadematerials,
variationsinsize,shape,andcolorcanbeexpected.Ourwarrantydoes
notIncludedamagesforchildsafety,becausewallmountingobligations
ofcustomershouldbeadheredto.

Warrantydoesnotcoverexpansion,contraction,oreffectsofextreme
high/lowhumidity.Somewoodmaterialsusedforfurniturewillhave
oneormoreofthefollowingcharacteristics,whicharenotconsidered
qualitydefects:variationsingrainandcolor,knots,mineralstreaks,and/
orpitchpockets.Warrantydoesnotcoverdarkeningofwoodorfinish,
whichoccursnaturallyovertime.Donotslamclose.

Warrantydoesnotincludeorcoverstains,orchangesincolor/texture.

Smallairbubbles,surfacewaviness,andlightlypittedareasmayoccur
naturallyaspartoftheglassmanufacturingprocessandarenot
