Use and Care Manual

Care & maintenance of your Key Keeper
Generally Key Keepers are installed indoors however if
product is installed outdoors in areas that expose the product
to road salt from snow/ice removal this can be very damaging
to the painted metal surface. Also locations near the ocean
expose the surface to salt air which is highly corrosive.
Pollution from automobiles, acid rain, and polluted air in
general will also damage the painted surface. A periodic
cleaning of the painted surface of your key keeper with a mild
detergent, water and soft brush will help keep your key
keeper lasting for many years. In addition a clear spray (no
buff) car wax can help protect the painted finish. This process
is recommended 2-3 times a year if possible. This quick
maintenance will help your key keeper last for many years to
come.
