Warranty

WEB1 Limited 5 Year Warranty:

Any WEB filter found to be defective in workmanship or

materials within five years of purchase, will be repaired or

replaced upon proof of purchase date and prepaid return to

Web’s factory.

Any implied warranty, including the implied warranty of

merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for particular

purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of the five year limited

warranty provided herein and thereafter are expressly disclaimed and

excluded.

Exclusive remedy: The remedy of repair or replacement of any defective

filter shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. No

other remedy of any kind, including the recovery of incidental or consequential

damages, shall be available to purchaser.
