Phillips #7 Foundation Weep Screed provides a stucco stop and screed
at the sill plate line in exterior stucco applications. This product
features many benefits:
 Punched weep holes enable keying as well as moisture weeping
 Perforated flanges aid attachment and plaster keying
 3-1/2” nailing flange meeting applicable code requirements
 Nailing flange serves as a straight-edge stop at the sill plate line
and flashing when water-resistant paper or paperbacked lath is
installed over flange
 G90 Hot Dip Galvanized coating
Certification
Phillips #7 Foundation Weep Screed meets or exceeds ASTM C 1063
Standard Specification for Installation of Lathing and Furring to Receive
Interior and Exterior Portland Cement-Based Plaster.
Storage
Avoid bending or other damage and store in a dry place protected from
moisture.
Installation Recommendations
Phillips recommends installation in accordance with applicable ASTM
standards and using prevalent industry standards. Reference materials
include ASTM C 841, ASTM C 1063 and Phillips Manufacturing’s
