Carefully follow guidelines below to ensure proper use.
GUIDELINES & PROPER USE:
It is your responsibility to take the following precautions at all times:
- Always secure your canopy by staking each leg into the ground with stakes provided with your canopy and with YOLI Anchor
Weight Plates.
- Slide weight plate over the foot base of the canopy leg as shown.
- Weight plates are stackable for additional downforce.
- In high winds or thunderstorms do not use your canopy no matter how many weight plates are stacked on each leg. Inclement weather
can damage your canopy and may cause injury or damage to property.
- Anchor Weight Plates will help anchor the canopy but we highly recommend not leaving your canopy up for extended periods of time
or unattended.
- Do not set up the canopy using the Anchor Weight Plates on steep grades or on uneven surfaces.
LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
East Resource Outdoor Inc., hereby known as ERO, the manufacturer, subject to the following limitations and pertinent laws warrants the YOLI
Anchor Weight Plates are free of defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 1 year aer the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to
the original purchaser who provides a dated receipt from an Authorized Dealer only. YOLI Anchor Weight Plates ownership are non-transferrable.
The warranty is applicable only for expected and normal uses as defined by the manufacturer.
ERO responsibility under warranty or any other legal obligation regarding this product is limited to the repair or replacement of defective part(s)
(at our discression) by ERO or its Authorized Representative. Warranty does not cover consequential damages defined as damage occurring to
your property or someone else’s property in the event this product does not work properly or was improperly used. ERO or its Authorized Repre-
sentatives will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or indirect or direct damage resulting in the use of the YOLI Anchor Weight Plates.
Prior to returning any YOLI Anchor Weights to ERO or its Authorized Representative for warranty inspection, the purchaser must obtain a return
authorization number by emailing or calling our toll-free number. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs by pre-paying the return. ERO nor
its Authorized Representative does not assume responsibility if the return is damaged during transport. In some instances, in lieu of returning the
weight plates for inspection, we will request pictures to assess any issues you may have.
Warranty Conditions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, excessive wear or use, misuse, abuse, accidents, owner’s neglect,
including failure to inspect prior to use. Product warranty is voided when product has been modified, altered in anyway and if proper care was not
taken when in use or product instructions were not properly followed such as incorrect installation or improperly taking off the Weight Plates.
This warranty is provided in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied.
