FINDING AND CARING FOR ROLY-POLIES:
• You can find Roly

Polies under rocks, logs or potted plants.
• When putting a Roly
-
Poly in your playground, place it on
the orange ramps and watch it play!
• Roly
-
Polies like dark damp places, so keep the
playground in a dimly lit or dark area.
• Put damp leaves, wood chips or a piece of moist
paper towel inside the playground to keep it moist.
Using a straw, you can place water into the reservoir
in the playground (see figure 1).
• You can feed your Roly
-
Poly fish food flakes, leaves
and pieces of potatoes, apples or carrots. Remove
food that becomes moldy.
